What type of blinds do you supply?

We supply and fit wood & metal venetians, vertical, roller, roman, pleated, perfect fit, conservatory, velux, pinoleum, duorol & panel blinds. Along with shutters, awnings and canopies.

Do you sell waterproof blinds?

Yes we do, we have many fabrics and designs that are coated in a waterproof material and we even have a waterproof shutter range. You can be sure to find a window dressing that you will love for you kitchen or bathroom.

Do you sell black out blinds?

We supply a huge range of blinds that come with blackout linings that will block out light for that perfect nights sleep or to help insulate your home.

Do your blinds come with a guarantee?

Yes, all of our products are of a high standard and we offer a full 5-year guarantee on all of our blinds and 10 years on all of our shutters.

Are your blinds made in the UK?

Yes, all of our quality made to measure blinds are manufactured in the UK.

Are your blinds child safe?

Absolutely, blinds comply with the child safety standards that became legislation in 2014 and are fitted as standard in all homes and offices. Please see our child safety page for more information.

How do I request an appointment?

Are your consultations, quotations and fitting free of charge?

Yes, we offer free no obligation consultations in the comfort of your own home. Fitting is also included within your quotation, which remains valid for 28 days. We feel this is important so that you do not feel pressured into making a decision on the day.

How long does a quotation take?

Generally a consultation will take between 45 minutes to an hour. This allows time to discuss what blinds or shutters you would like and provide you with our advice and recommendations; measuring of your windows; and gives you time to browse our huge range of samples at your leisure. All our quotations then remain valid for 28 days.

Do you offer evening appointments?

Yes, we appreciate that many of our customers work and would need the flexibility of an evening appointment. We are always accommodating to come and see you at a time that suits you.

When and how do I pay for my blinds?

A deposit of 30% will be required to secure your order. Upon completion of the fitting the final payment will need to be payable by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

How long will it be before my blinds are fitted?

You blinds will be ready to be fitted around 2-3 weeks after your order has been placed. The length of time that it will take to fit your blinds will all depend on the size of your order. We will advise you on the length of time that will be required during your initial consultation.
