I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with Winchester Blinds & Shutters from beginning to end! The service has been exceptional — professional, friendly and genuinely caring throughout. Dean has visited my home three times. The first time, he advised me on shutters for my living room and bedroom, as well as blinds for the kitchen and bathroom. Later, I asked him back again to fit a roller blind in a small storage area. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and thorough, taking great care with measurements, explaining every option clearly and recommending what would work best for both my home and my personal needs. His advice was spot on every single time. Andy has visited twice. The first time he fitted the blinds in the bathroom and kitchen, and today he installed my beautiful shutters. He was meticulous with every detail, even fixing a small issue with my kitchen blind, and afterwards cleaned everything perfectly with his magical Henry hoover! The two of them worked brilliantly together to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. It is so rare these days to find people who genuinely care about their workmanship and take such pride in what they do. I honestly could not be happier with the final result. Now my only problem is… where else can I possibly put blinds or shutters so I have an excuse to call them back again? 😄
